| Are you a natural lie detector? | | So recently I've been watching that "Lie to me" series. It fascinated me how he's able to detect the slightest change in facial expression and body language, when other won't detect it, and at the same time know at the exact moment which expression it is. I've seen on the internet (through my searching for info on these kind of things) that out of 15,000 people only 500 know how to actually do this without any training whatsoever.
Can you tell straight away if someone is lying to you?

| How to gain muscle the natural way? | | So my husband has been going to the gym forever and he's hit a point where he's not really gaining muscle. He's tried protein shakes and all that kind of stuff. I hear there not that good for you and he hadn't seen results so he's stopped for now. Esp since I'm not working we just don't have the money for all that stuff.
Someone invited him to an Herbal Life get together and he was thinking about maybe trying that. I tell him not to b/c it's just a waste of money he kind of agree's considering protein powders he's had in the past has not helped much.
Are there any suggestions?

| | Inexpensive fabric softeners (or natural alternatives)? | | Okay, frugal Mylotters, I need some help. I've just started doing laundry at home with a Wonder Wash portable washing machine so I'm not spending $20 a week at the laundromat. The washer itself is working great, even if it does take a bit more effort on my part than a normal machine would. However, I'm finding that the clothes I wash are pretty crunchy when they dry.:(I have a spin dryer and one of those folding drying racks, so what I need is something that can be added to a wash or rinse cycle. I'd really prefer something that's mild and has very little fragrance. Any suggestions? | |

| Did you experience any natural disasters? Another earthquake happened ... | | There was another serious earthquake happened in Yushu, Qinghai Province, China, this 14th. We are so sad to hear this bad news. And so many people died in this disaster. All of us hope to have a peaceful environment to live as things usually go against our will. We should face the music and to protect our environment starting small.
So you are so lucky if you survived from any natural disasters, earthquake, mountain torrents, ground sea, or any others.
Wish the perished victims rest in peace and the survivors live in sprits.

| Shade of lipstick.... or be natural at all | | Whenever I go out of home, in any occasion it is a must for me to wear my burgundy shade of lipstick. Just that I feel am bare without my lipstick. But at home am not wearing at all.... I do know that some women even just at home wear their lipstick.
